Treatment Results

All treatments are performed by trained and qualified professionals. However, results vary from person to person depending on factors such as skin type, hair type, hormones, medical history, and compliance with aftercare instructions. We cannot guarantee specific results or the number of treatments required.

Suitability for Treatment

We reserve the right to refuse or postpone treatment if we believe it is not suitable or safe based on your health, skin condition, medications, or other relevant factors.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate medical information and notify us of any changes before treatment. You agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment instructions, as failure to do so may affect your results.

Risks

Although every care is taken, cosmetic treatments carry potential risks. Temporary redness, swelling, sensitivity, irritation, or pigment changes may occur. By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee or loss of your booking deposit.

Pricing

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for treatment outcomes that vary due to individual biological differences, inaccurate information provided by the client, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

Consent

By booking and attending your appointment, you confirm that you understand the nature of the treatment, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and consent to proceed. You acknowledge that no guarantee of results has been made.
